Education:
Maxim received his education from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University on the faculty of Economic Law.
During his studies, he began pro bono work at the Legal Clinic at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, where he gained his first legal experience.
Work Experience:
In 2018, as a result of his internship, he was hired as a junior lawyer at the "Makmel" Attorney Association.
In 2019, he chose a specialization in resolving disputes with regulatory authorities, which includes providing support, administrative appeals on inspection results, and legal appeals on decisions made by regulatory authorities.
In 2020, he was employed as a senior lawyer at the "BELPART" Attorney Association and began actively developing the related specialization of "Tender Law."
In 2021, he was promoted to the position of Assistant Attorney in preparation for obtaining the fully licensed attorney status.
In 2024, Maxim was obtained the fully licensed attorney status at the "BELPART" Attorney Association.
Achievements:
Maxim successfully defended businesses during inspections by tax authorities, the State Labor Inspectorate, and the State Consumer Protection Service of Ukraine. His efforts led to the cancellation of unlawful decisions made by regulatory authorities totaling over 8 million hryvnias.
He developed an effective and unique mechanism for excluding value-added tax (VAT) payers from the list of risky businesses.
In his new specialization of "Tender Law," he has prepared and supported over 40 tenders, totaling 30 million hryvnias.
Maxim is also a professional kickboxer and powerlifter.
