Vladyslav received higher education at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Law degree and International Business degree at the Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
He began his legal journey in 2017 at the university’s Legal Clinic at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.He passed the Bar exam in March 2024 and was licensed to practice advocacy.In 2024, he started postgraduate studies at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Within his PhD studies, researching the legal nature and practical application of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
In 2018, he started at "Makmel" Attorney Association as junior associate, focusing on Contract and Intellectual Property Law.
In 2020, he joined BELPART as a senior lawyer and actively developed the Information Law practice.
He became a certified attorney in 2024.
Vladyslav has improved the Business Secret Protection Law practice by implementation of international NDA models, enhancing legal safeguards for businesses.
During 2022-2025, he has formed experience in formalizing legal relations between employees and Diia City residents, drawing up of Gig contracts and client agreements aligned with Diia City resident qualified income standards.
He has published legal and economic researches in professional Ukrainian publications including "East European Law Journal".Vladyslav is passionate about chess and literary theory.
