Maksym received his higher Law education at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Business Law Faculty.
During his studies, he volunteered at the university’s Legal Clinic at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, gaining early experience in legal services.
He successfully passed the Bar exam in March 2024 and was licensed to practice advocacy.
In 2025, he is completing advanced training in Occupational safety at DefenseTech enterprises.
In 2025, completing the Enterprise Military record-keeping program of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University certified by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In 2018, Maksym began as a junior associate at "Makmel" Attorney Association.
By 2019, he specialized in resolving disputes with regulatory authorities, including administrative and judicial appeals of inspection outcomes, judicial appeals of decisions of regulatory authorities.
In 2020, he joined BELPART as a senior associate and expanded into Tender Law practice.
He became a certified attorney in 2024.
Maksym has successfully defended clients in inspections by Tax authorities, State labor services, and Consumer protection agencies of Ukraine, resulting in the reversal of over UAH 8 million of unlawful penalties.
He created an effective unique mechanism to remove value added tax payers off the “risky taxpayer” list.
In his new Tender Law practice, he has successfully prepared conducted over 40 tenders totaling UAH 30 million.
Maksym is also an active kickboxer and powerlifter.
