Liliya received higher education at the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where she earned the Law degree at Faculty of Law.
She successfully passed the Bar exam in March 2020 and was licensed to practice advocacy. Currently completing a Professional program in accounting and Enterprise financial reporting.
Liliya began her career in 2016 at "Makmel" Attorney Association, progressing from junior associate to litigation attorney in commercial disputes.
In 2018, she became Head of the Corporate Law practice.
In 2020, Liliya became a Partner at BELPART Attorney Association, where she leads the Commercial Law and Banking Disputes practices and contributes to the firm's marketing strategy.Since 2022, she has built practical expertise in securing Critical enterprise status at the national level (Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Strategic Industry, Ministry of Economy). Since 2022 she also practices legal support of Diia City residents, including startups.
Liliya is an experienced litigator in commercial disputes and has developed unique innovative law strategies, achieving debt recovery between counterparties in the pre-court order.
She is active in volunteer and charitable initiatives and has a passion for industrial and urban tourism.
